In our daily moments we are constantly creating karma both positive and negative with our thoughts words and actions.
The nature of negative karma is that it increases exponentially even one small negative act can cause you to be reborn in the lower realms.
Once destined to these realms more and more negative karma is created and it becomes difficult to get a higher rebirth and encounter dharma again for many eons.
The best practice is to purify your karma daily, preferably at the end of every day so that you do not carry negative karma into the next day.
The Vajrasattva Mantra is more powerful than negative karma and it can prevent you from experiencing the effects of your negative karma from today, the past of this life and all previous lives. It dissolves all negative karma across all time.
Before you go to bed each night recite the long Vajrasattva Mantra at least 21 times or the short one 28 times.
Purification of karma is the quickest way to gain spiritual realization, liberation and ultimately enlightenment.

A Mantra is a Chant that we repeat calmly over and over with the meaning in mind. Mantra Chants vary slightly in meaning and different teachings and philosophy`s but are all used in the same way for the same outcome. That outcome is spiritual transformation through Mantra Chants.
